Join the Indianapolis IBE Chapter

The Indianapolis chapter of IBE serves as a tool to better communicate; thus helping to carry out the mission of the statewide organization. Individuals from outside of the city also choose to join ICIBE to receive advance notice of Summer Celebration and Circle City Classic events. ICIBE provides exciting events and programs throughout the year for our members and special guests. Your membership commitment helps support the overall organization in our endeavors to bring cultural awareness, education and entertainment to African Americans.
